Procurement of collection paper, information security material and SER waste removal service
The city of Espoo (later also the Customer) requests bids for the purchase of waste paper, information security material and SER waste removal service.
The service under procurement includes the city of Espoo and its group companies (Kiinteistoe Oy Espoon Sotekiinteistoet, Kiinteistoe Oy Espoon Keskuskeittioe, Kiinteistoe Oy Espoon School and daycare facilities, Espoon Asunnot Oy, Kiinteistoe Oy Matinkyla swimming pool, Kiinteistoe Oy Opinmaen Campus, Weegee Oy and Kiinteistoe Oy Matinkylan High School) owned or managed and removal services for office collection paper, information security material and SER waste. The buildings are located in the city of Espoo.
The customer also has other contracts, which are used for SER waste classified as hazardous waste due to its transport characteristics, as well as other information security material in the removal service. The majority of e.g. will be removed from the basic information technology through this agreement.
The provider can subcontract part of the service. The processing of information security material and related services may not be carried out by subcontracting, staff leasing or by other units or using the personnel of the resource units. The service must be produced entirely by the provider's own personnel and as its own operation.
