PROCUREMENT OF COFFINS WITH FUNERAL SERVICES FOR INDIGENT
BID No. CMB-213A-A
1) The City of Iloilo through the Coffins with Funeral Services for Indigents- OMOE intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Pesos (₱7, 956, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City of Iloilo Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for Procurement of Coffins with Funeral Services for Indigent. Delivery of the Goods is required upon receipt of Notice to Proceed, the End-user may request delivery of items until contract quantity is fully consumed, but not later than December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
