Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Kabacan, through Office of the Mayor-s-Donations intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos(P179, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Coffin and Embalming Services for Burial Assistance. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Kabacan, now invites bids for the Procurement of Coffin and Embalming Services for Burial Assistance. Goods and Services must be available upon request of the Procuring Entity. Eligibility of Bidders must be at least holding a Red membership in PhilGEPS.
3. The Bidder/supplier shall provide Coffin & services immediately upon requested on a credit basis but shall not be exceeded with the ABC. The bidder/supplier shall submit to the Procuring entity a billing statement every first week of the succeeding month accompanied by an invoice.
