Procurement of Cocopeat Compactor and Coconut Husk Processor Machine

1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 13 series of 2022, dated 23 December 2022 (Continuing Appropriation) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php3, 865, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NS-04-05-24-02: Procurement of Cocopeat Compactor and Coconut Husk Processor Machine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 (three) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
