Procurement of a Cloud-Based Financial Management System
Albyn Housing Society is seeking to procure a modern, cloud-based Financial Management System (FMS) to replace its existing platform. The solution must support multi-entity financial management, meet UK accounting standards (including FRS 102 and SORP), and provide core modules including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, purchase-to-pay, budgeting and forecasting, fixed assets, and reporting.The FMS must integrate with existing internal systems, support configurable approval workflows, offer secure role-based access, and provide a full audit trail. The scope also includes system implementation, configuration, training, data migration, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance and support.The contract is expected to run for a fixed term of four years, with a go-live target of 1 April 2026, plus an initial five months of implementation.
