Sub-area 1 Siunti and Inkoo area Sub-area 2 Hanko area Sub-area 3 Eastern area of Espoo (Leppävaara and Tapiola) The welfare area of Western Uusimaa (later also the Client) requests offers for the procurement of cleaning services. In procurement, we will procure for the time being for valid items, maintenance cleaning, annual maintenance work and separately ordered cleaning work, for example washing furniture. The anticipated value of the acquisition is 7, 100, 000 euros (VAT 0%), which is distributed among the sub-areas as follows: Subarea 1 Siuntion and The expected value of the Inkoo area is €1, 300, 000 (VAT 0%). Sub-area 2 Hanko area expected value is €2, 000, 000 (VAT 0%) Sub-area 3 Espoo's eastern area (Leppävaara and Tapiola) expected value is €3, 800, 000 (VAT 0%) One (1) is selected for each sub-area editor and one (1) deputy editor. An agreement can be concluded with a substitute supplier, if the Supplier's contract ends partially or completely, as a rule, due to termination. The service can also be requested from the backup supplier for individual items producing. The pricing of the items is based on the prices given by the alternate supplier in his offer, with possible price increases according to the contract terms. The customer will organize site visits for interested bidders in Espoo and Hanko during the week of 25.
