Description : The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE UNIVERSITY (OMSU) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Cleaning Equipment- OMSU University-wide (OMSU RFQ 26-028) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php468, 000.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the IRR of RA No. 12009 or the NEW GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT ACT.
