Procurement of Civil Works: Construction of Multi-Purpose Building Covered Court -Phase II

at Barangay Magallon, Mlang, Cotabato

1. The Municipal Government of Mlang, through the ANNUAL BUDGET -CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Civil Works: Construction of Multi-Purpose Building Covered Court - Phase II at Barangay Magallon, Mlang, Cotabato, IB No. 2024-019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
