Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below.1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (03) years.2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar nature of chemical re-agent of at least One (01) contract successfully completed within the last Three (03) years with a value of at least Tk. Twnety Four (24.00) Lac.3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. Thirty Five (35.00) Lac and must be submitted in prescribed format (e-PG2-7)4. Tenderers must submit valid VAT Registration Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License and Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.5. The goods (MSR- Chemical Reagent/Item) will not be stated as received until approved or received by survey committee.6. If supplied chemical reagents or goods not received by survey committee shall be exchanged within 3 (Three) days with own cost.7. The expiry date of supplied chemical reagent shall be minimum 1 (One) year from supply date.8.
