1) The Municipal Government of Binmaley, Pangasinan through the Supplemental Budget No. 1 (LEE) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Twenty-One Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 021, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF CHAIR COVERS, TABLE COVERS, AND HEAVY-DUTY RETRACTABLE TENTS FOR THE BINMALEY MANPOWER TRAINING CENTER AND PUBLIC MARKET OPERATIONS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
