Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Valid Trade License dealing in General Hardware Items/ Ceremonial & Chadrig Items 2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate 3. Bidders should have a well-established and operational business establishment (Shops), without which your bids will be deemed non-responsive. 4. Bidders should mandatorily inspect the sample in person during office hour at Gyalyong Chadrig Section(GCS), DPP prior to the submission of their quotation. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the bids non-responsive. 5. The rate quoted by the bidders should be inclusive of all the applicable taxes (GST) and charges.
