Applicable Law: RA 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)
Scope of Work:
The ISO Certifying Body shall conduct the certification of OCD CALABARZON for the
Certification ISO 9001:2015
Qualification of the Certifying Body:
The Certifying Body should have adequate technical and management capability in conducting
the ISO 9001:2015 certification audit. Likewise, the Certifying Body should have the capacity to
deploy a team minimum of two (2) key experts (lead auditor and member/s of the audit team)
based on the qualifications of key personnel.

timeline, and level of effort of the certifying body in Terms of Reference
Full payment will be made after the issuance of the Final Audit Report and Certification to OCD
CALABARZON.
