1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAN JACINTO, PANGASINAN, through the AB CY 2026/ GF intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Six Hundred Forty Pesos Only (Php3, 296, 640.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Certified Rice Seeds. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAN JACINTO, PANGASINAN now invites bids for Procurement of Certified Seeds using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
