Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CENTRALIZED DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DMS) WITH DOCUMENT RETENTION SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION FOR PPSC HO AND CUs
1) The Philippine Public Safety College, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY2026 intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Four Hundred Thirteen Thousand Pesos [Php16, 413, 000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF CENTRALIZED DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DMS) WITH DOCUMENT RETENTION SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION FOR PPSC HO AND CUs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PPSC now invites bids for the training ammunition . Delivery of the Goods is required 120 calendar days from issuance of NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
