Procurement of Centralize Air-conditioned / Split Type Air-conditioned
1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Tongonan, Kananga, Leyte, through the DOE ER 1-94 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 180, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GOODS 2026-04 - Procurement of Centralize Air-conditioned / Split Type Air-conditioned. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Barangay Tongonan, Kananga, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
