The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Eighty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Forty Peso(S) (Php 88, 440.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Cement (FOR DISTRIBUTION IN DIFFERENT BARANGAY'S IN THIS MUNICIPALITY/BURIAL) /26-0435.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
