Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer shall submit Trade license (up to date), Income Tax Certificate (up to date), TIN Certificate, Vat Registration Certificate and Business identification number (BIN) certificate with its e-Tender documents.2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 years of General experience in the supply of related Goods and related services where only the Completion Certificate from any Government/Semi Government/Autonomus Organization will be accepted as General Experience.3. The satisfactory Completion of supply of related Goods and related services of minimum 19 Lac under One contract in the last 3 years and only the Completion Certificate from any Government/Semi Government/Autonomus Organization will be accepted.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 19 Lac.5. The tenderer must submit the detailed technical specifications on their official letterhead.6. The tenderer must submit the catalogue/brochure for the offered product.7. The tenderer must submit Manufacturer's Authorization Letter/Valid Exclusive distributorship certificate issued by the manufacturer.8. Other Eligibility of Tenderer as per TDS.
