Procurement of CDN system operation
The task of the winning bidder is to provide a Content Delivery Network (CDN) infrastructure for the Media Service Support and Asset Management Fund (MTVA) to provide and operate, which meets the following requirements and regulations: - able to serve at least 200, 000 concurrent viewers at the same time, Encoding / Transcoding Volume indicator name Volume Unit of measure Channel number - video encoding 7+5 channels Channel number - audio encoding 10 channels No. 1 Annex "Volumes belonging to the services included in the contractual fixed monthly fee" contains the volumes to be served in detail. - due to its design, it must have high availability characteristics, i.e. it must be available 24/7 with short response times (The expected availability times are determined by the SLA levels specified in Annex 2 of the technical description.) - In terms of its functions, it should be flexible, expandable, and prepared for the integration of expected new technologies (e.g. 4k quality VOD and stream service) during planning.
