The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Fifty Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Peso(S) (Php 56, 250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services (TO CONDUCT TRAINING OF SCHOOL LIVING TRADITION.) /26-0775.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
