1) The Margosatubig Regional Hospital, through the GAA of F.Y. 2026 - R.A. 12314 of F.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (PhP 2, 183, 130.00) for the Procurement of Catering Services:
• Lot 1: Procurement of Catering Services - Package 1 (Hospital Week and Year-End Catering) with an Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) of One Million Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 1, 050, 000.00); and
• Lot 2: Procurement of Catering Services - Package 2 (Various Activities) with an Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) of One Million One Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (PhP 1, 133, 130.00),
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
