PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES (RE-BID)
MRH-019-2026
1) The Margosatubig Regional Hospital, through the GAA of F.Y. 2026 - R.A. 12314 of F.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (PhP 2, 183, 130.00) for the Procurement of Catering Services (Re-Bid) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Margosatubig Regional Hospital now invites bids for the Procurement of Catering Services (Re-Bid) to provide food and/or snacks for the participants during the hospital activities, events, and seminars. Delivery of the Goods is required August 2026 to January 2027. Bidders should have completed, at least FIVE (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
