1. The Local Government Unit of Tarragona, through the FY 2026 General Fund, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱2, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES (MEALS AND SNACKS) for the meeting and conferences of this LGU. Pursuant to the New Government Procurement Act (RA 12009), bids exceeding the ABC shall be automatically disqualified at the bid opening."
