THE PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES
1. The National Irrigation Administration - Regional Office IX BAC, using a single-year Framework Agreement upon receipt of Notice to Proceed until December 31, 2026, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (Php 845, 280.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract treated as ONE LOT. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The National Irrigation Administration - Regional Office IX BAC now invites bids for the Procurement of Catering Services for CY 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required on the dates specified in the Call-off. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
