PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)



1) The Provincial Government of Dinagat Islands, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Seven Thousand One Hundred Forty Pesos Only (₱1, 107, 140.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Catering Services (Framework Agreement); GOODS 2026-02 (PB). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2) The Provincial Government of Dinagat Islands now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the [single year] for a duration of One (1) year Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required within One (1) year after the issuance of a Call-Off or from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
