The LGU-San Jorge, Samar, through General Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 1, 353, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Catering Services for Four (4) Days Consultative Dialogue for the CY 2027 Annual Investment Program (AIP) Formulation & Preparation of Annual Municipal Budget. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
