Description : BAC-EPA-2026-005

1. The Municipality of Veruela, through the Indicative Annual Budget for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php 1, 080, 400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services (Framework Agreement) / PR Nos. 2025-11-1002, 2025-11-990, 2025-11-991, 2025-11-989, 2025-11-992, 2025-11-1001, & 2025-11-977. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Veruela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The Framework Agreement shall be effective for a period of One (1) Year or until the consumption of the total ABC, whichever comes first. Delivery of the Goods/Services is required within the period specified in the Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
