The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Sixty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Peso(S) (Php 67, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services (CONDUCT OF TRAINING AND CAPABILITY BUILDING DEVELOPMENT.) /26-0802.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
