1.The Municipal Government of Leyte, using a single-year for a duration of 1 year Framework Agreement, through General & Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Five Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php3, 805, 400.00) for the Procurement of Catering Services, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2.The Municipal Government of Leyte now invites bids for the Procurement of Catering Services. Delivery of the Goods is required after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
