Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES
I. Background and Scope of Work
This outlines the requirements for the provision of comprehensive catering services for training activities conducted by the Philippine Statistical Research and Training Institute (PSRTI).
• Duration of Services: January to December 2026
• Service Location: PSRTI Premises (15th and 16th Floors, The Upper Class Tower, Quezon Avenue corner Scout Reyes Street, Barangay Paligsahan, Quezon City) and/or any designated venue within Metro Manila, as required by PSRTI.
II. Service Requirements and Deliverables
The Catering Service Provider shall be responsible for the full provision of meals and associated services for training participants, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and professionalism.
A. Meal Provision and Pricing
1. Approved Rate: The maximum approved rate for the full day's meal package is Php 700.00 per person per day (VAT Inclusive).
2. Meal Package:
