Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Dagami, through the MOOE-SPA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Pesos (₱498, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Service for the Sociocultural Activities, One (1) Lot (DAG2026-MOOE-SPA002). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Dagami now invites bids for the Procurement of Catering Service for the sociocultural activities using the framework agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required on May 17, 2026 until May 26, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
