Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is conducting procurement through Small Value Procurement for the project Catering Service Provider for the Conduct of Program GINHAWA (From Competence to Character: Embedding GSIS Core Values through Program GINHAWA: Grounded in Nurturing Honesty and Accountability for Workforce Alignment) with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) amounting to Php1, 620, 000.00.
2. Refer to the attached Technical Specifications (ANNEX A) for further details.
3. The GSIS now invites interested bidders to submit quotations for said project. Price Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Quotations.
