Description : 1. The Agricultural Training Institute - Region 1, through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 1, 401, 750.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Catering Service for the Consolidated Training and Activities of ATI-RTC I with project no: 2026-05-0378. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Agricultural Training Institute - Region 1 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
