1. The Local Government Unit of Tinoc intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php 253, 700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Carpentry Power Tools. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
