Additional requirements during bid opening:
f) New bidder must submit 50 grams sample for testing
g) New bidder must submit Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
h) New bidder must submit Certificate of Chemical Analysis
Note for Requirements f, g & h:
Bidder is considered new supplier if it has not delivered the same item to the Government Arsenal for the last five (5) years from date of submission and opening of quotation.
Old bidder/supplier who previously supplied the above items is exempted from this requirement. Provided that a proof of delivery, including PO/contract must be submitted.
In the event that the sample submitted failed the acceptance test, the Lowest Calculated Quotation (LCQ) shall be disqualified.
