Description : REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL



The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to submit quotations for the “Procurement of CAD Software for IDD” under “Small Value Procurement” (Section 34 of RA 12009 and its IRR) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP240, 000.00).



Submission of proposals including Mayor-s/Business Permit*, PhilGEPS Registration Number*, Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS)** and Latest Income Tax Return***, addressed to Dr. Melvin B. Carlos through BAC Secretariat shall be on or before December 15, 2025, 1:00 P.M. at the physical address or through the email address below.



All prices shall be denominated in Philippine Peso and quotation shall be firm and valid for at least sixty (60) days from receipt of the proposal. It shall be binding upon the supplier within the said period. The service for a perpetual license shall be required to be delivered 15 days after receipt of the Purchase Order. The goods shall be awarded on a per lot basis.
