PROCUREMENT OF BUILDING. MATERIALS The subject of procurement is not divided into groups, and the bidder is obliged to offer only the entire subject of procurement. The quantities of procurement items, shown in the associated cost list, are approximate quantities for a two-year period. Really the quantity procured on the basis of the concluded public procurement contract may be greater or less than the foreseen (framework) quantity, that is, it depends on the needs and available financial resources of the user. Technical specifications of the procurement item Technical the specification of the procurement item is stated in the cost estimate, which is an integral part of this procurement documentation. Cost sheet The cost sheet in a standardized format is an integral part of the documentation. The bidder must fill in the unit price for the requested item of the cost estimate items (per unit of measure), the total price of the item without VAT, the price of the offer without VAT, the amount of VAT and the total price of the offer with VAT. When filling out the cost sheet, the bidder calculates the price of the item as a product of the quantity of the item and the unit price items.
