Given in the technical specification More detailed description of the subject of procurement This procurement is carried out for the purpose of realizing the activities planned in the Program for the realization of social, child and health care in the municipality of Kočani for 2026 ("Official Gazette of Kočani Municipality" no. 18/2025), point 1. AID TO SOCIALLY ENDANGERED PERSONS AND PERSONS EXPOSED TO SOCIAL RISK, subsection 1.3. Assistance in construction materials. The procedure for granting this type of help to socially endangered persons is determined by Rulebook regulating the manner and conditions of granting financial assistance to socially disadvantaged citizens, residents of the municipality of Kočani for the repair and development of residential space No. 09-2257/1 of 15.12.2017 adopted by the Council of the Municipality of Kočani and published in "Official Gazette of Municipality of Kočani" No. 13/2017, and amendment of Regulation No. 09-333/1 dated 31.01.2023. which is published on the website of the Municipality of Kočani as well as for the needs of the local and urban communities formed by the Municipality of Kočani, based on the submitted a request from a local/urban community and a Decision to approve the same. In the event of a need for the repair of a municipally owned building, the contracting authority can place an order for goods from the technical specification suitable for the repair of the building, and the payment of the same will be made within 30 days after the delivered invoice with a delivery note in the archives of the Municipality of Kočani.
