The client, the city of Hameenlinna, is requesting offers for an electronic building permit system that covers building control permit processes and a document store, through which building control documents can be sold and handed over electronically. The acquisition is implemented as a SaaS service and its goal is improves the smoothness of transactions, the efficiency of official processing and the availability of documents.
