Description : Project Title: Procurement of Brand New Utility Van
INVITATION NO: 59-26
1) The Municipal Government of Libona, through the [Appropriation Ordinance of 2026] intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 1, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Brand New Utility Van. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Libona now invites bids for the Procurement of Brand New Utility Van using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder [LCRB]. Delivery of the Goods is required a 45 Calendar Days delivery period from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years of relevant project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
