The Norwegian Customs needs a new, modern, comprehensive and user-friendly cash register and payment system that shall be used both at fixed border crossings and in mobile situations along the entire Norwegian border, on land and at sea. The system is intended for cases where the public needs to pay on-site. These can be fees, duties and other requirements that are either calculated in the pre-system or directly at the collection point. The system shall function in all relevant collection situations, including: - stationary customs locations and expeditions. - inspection halls. Ports, ferry terminals and airports. - Mobile control operations along roads and lakes. - inspections of vessels, vehicles and trains.
