Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall fulfil all criteria stated in the TDS/Specification.The Tenderer must have a valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration, and Tax Certificate (2023-24 onwards).If the Tenderer fails to submit any document required for tender evaluation, the Tender will be treated as non-responsive.After completion of the tender opening process, if any documents related to tender evaluation are found missing or not downloaded, the Tender will be treated as non-responsive.Retention money/Security money/Performance Security will be released after twelve (12) months of successful completion of the delivery of supply.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Five (5) year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaperThe minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of books at least One (1) contract successfully completed within the last Three (3) years, counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper and each with a value of at least Tk.30, 00, 000/- (Thirty Lac Only).The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 45, 00, 000/- (Forty Five Lac Only).
