1) The Department of Education Region - IX, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 528, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Board and Lodging for the conduct of Training of Division Trainers on the Revised Grade 9 & 10 TLE Curriculum on May 17-21, 2026 in Zamboanga del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
