1. The LGU - Municipality of Maria, through the 5% Local Disaster/Calamity Fund - 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of BLS Training Devices and Equipment - Evacuation Center, Maria, Siquijor/MAR-00031G-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
