1) The Margosatubig Regional Hospital, through the GAA of F.Y. 2026 - R.A. 12314 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (PhP 7, 445, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Blood Bank Supplies and Reagents. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
