Description : Monthly Block Time Program
• Station must have broadcast power of at least 50 MW on the FM frequency
• Preferably within the top ten (10) AM radio stations based on latest industry radio ranking results
• Must be registered with PhilHealth as employer
• Must have updated premium contributions for the last six (6) months prior to biddings
• Must have built-in facilities for short messaging system (SMS) feedback from listeners during actual broadcast
• Must be able to devote three (3) landlines for listeners' calls during program airing
• Must have facilities for direct distance dialing
• Must have active social media accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
• Time Slot: At least four (4) scheduled spots/month, at least five (5) spots per day
• Days of airing: Weekdays and weekend
• Duration of airing: 30s ad placements
