FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF BIOMETRIC DATA CAPTURE SERVICES FOR POSTAL CARD PROJECT
1. The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the CY 2024 Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Directors of this Corporation, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Eight Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 128, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Biometric Data Capture Services for Postal Card Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Postal Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of Biometric Data Capture Services for Postal Card Project. Delivery of the goods/services is required within One (1) year. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
