Description of the provision: 1.2. Description of the object of the contract The object of the contract referred to in this specification is the execution of the BASIC PROJECT AND EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT AND REHABILITATION OF THE RESERVE WATER DEPOSIT FOR SUPPLY TO THE MONTGAI NETWORK. This project, as can be deduced from the resolution of its approval, consists of how many documents are required in article 233 of the LCSP, having contemplated in its preparation what is regulated in Book II, Title I, Chapter II, Section 2 of the RGLCAP. In accordance with article 99.3 LCSP, the execution of the work will not be subject to division into lots, given that the work constitutes a functional unit and that technically the division into lots would hinder the correct execution of the contract, from a technical point of view.
