Description of the provision: 1.2. Description of the object of the contract The object of the contract referred to in this specification is the execution of the BASIC AND COVERED EXECUTION PROJECT OF THE MONTGAI WATER RESERVOIR DEPOSIT. This project, as can be deduced of the resolution of its approval, it consists of how many documents are required in article 233 of the LCSP, having contemplated in its preparation what is regulated in Book II, Title I, Chapter II, Section 2ª of the RGLCAP. In accordance with article 99.3 LCSP the execution of the work will not be subject to division into lots, given that the work constitutes a functional unit and that technically the division into lots would hinder the correct execution of the contract, from a technical point of view.
