The Kanta-Hame welfare area (hereinafter Oma Hame) tenders basic information technology solutions and services.
In the target state, the basic information technology services form a managed, secure, efficient and easily customizable technology and service complex that operates cost-effectively in Oma Hame as a stable and strong technology and service platform for services and digitization.
The object of the acquisition is the basic information technology services of the welfare area, the content of which can be structured into the following upper-level sub-assemblies:
- User support and terminal environment lifecycle services
(incl. Service desk, local support and remote support services, lifecycle services of the terminal environment and workstation and mobile device purchases)
- Server platform usage and capacity services
(including data center services, server environment management and monitoring, ICT infrastructure capacity and public cloud services)
- Services implementation project
- Complementary professional services
The service implementation project (transition/transformation project) is a one-time project service implemented at the beginning of the contract and expert services are used according to the Customer's needs, if necessary during the contract period.
