1) The Local Government Unit of Gamay, through the Supplemental Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-02 intends to apply the sum of Php 3, 074, 652.40 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Audio-Visual and ICT Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Gamay now invites bids for Procurement of ICT, networking, multimedia, and digital equipment to support the modernization of legislative operations, strengthen internet connectivity, improve public information services, and upgrade LGU facilities in the Municipality of Gamay, Northern Samar. Delivery of the Goods is required Forty-Five (45) calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceeds. Bidders should have completed, at least 6 months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
